Does ZamZamApp charge commission on orders?
No. The packages are presented as 0% order commission. Payment-provider fees or separately agreed services may still apply and are confirmed in the quote.
Is the printer included in both packages?
No. The €1,550 net package is explicitly printer-free. The €1,830 net package includes the Android touchscreen order printer.
Can I buy and activate online immediately?
No. A request is reviewed first, followed by a quote and agreement, configuration, testing and managed activation.
Where is the service available?
This ZamZamApp offer is for restaurants in Germany. International SMASN services remain available separately.
